- No. Cara Creator is an agentic environment. You describe what you want in plain language or a structured spec, and Cara's agents handle the front-end, back-end, and integration code. Your team reviews, iterates, and approves before anything ships.
- Where does the code run?
- Inside your HIPAA-compliant environment. Cara Creator is not a consumer app-builder with a HIPAA sticker on it. It runs on the same infrastructure as Cara's health-system and pharma engagements, with PHI segregation, audit trails, SOC 2 Type II controls, and BAA by default.
- Do I own what gets built?
- Yes. The code is yours. There is no mandatory monthly fee to keep the lights on after launch. You can take the codebase out of Cara entirely if you ever choose to.
