Cara

iiConcierge & Membership

Where the patient experience
is the product.

Concierge medicine is sold on access, time, and attention. The operational stack has to amplify those, not get in the way. Cara sits inside member onboarding, executive-health workflows, after-hours triage, and the kind of communication members actually expect when they are paying a premium for it.

Sub-practices

Where our work tends to sit.

Solo Concierge Practices

Single-physician concierge practices serving a small, loyal panel. Member onboarding, annual exam scheduling, and after-hours communication that feels personal.

Multi-Physician Boutique

Boutique groups with shared infrastructure. Cross-physician scheduling, panel transfer between members of the practice, and consistent member experience across providers.

Executive Health Programs

Single-day or multi-day executive physicals. Pre-visit data collection, day-of orchestration across multiple modalities, and a coherent post-visit report members can act on.

MDVIP-Affiliated Practices

Practices operating under MDVIP or similar affiliation frameworks. Workflow design that fits the affiliation's expectations while preserving the practice's identity.

Hybrid Insurance + Membership

Practices billing insurance for visits while charging a membership fee for access. Billing logic and communication that handles both without confusing the member.

Direct-to-Employer Concierge

Premium primary care sold to employers as an executive benefit. Eligibility, enrollment, and reporting that the employer's CHRO actually wants to read.

Example engagements

Patterns we keep seeing.

01

Member onboarding and annual physical orchestration

From signed membership agreement to first comprehensive exam: scheduling labs, imaging, baseline assessments, and the in-person visit, with reminders and confirmations a member actually appreciates.

02

After-hours and concierge triage

Async messaging and after-hours triage that preserves the access promise without burning out the physician. Routing rules keep clinical decisions with the physician while administrative noise gets handled.

03

Annual exam summary and follow-up

AI-drafted post-physical summaries the physician edits and signs, plus follow-up scheduling on labs and screenings that should not slip past the year.

04

Member retention and referral

Annual member surveys, retention analytics, and referral workflows that capture the value a satisfied member is willing to share with peers and family.

Common questions

What partners ask before
they get on the call.

How do you handle member privacy in a small-panel practice?
Role-based access at the row level, full audit trails on every action, and a default posture that the front desk does not see what the physician does not need them to see. PHI stays inside your compliance envelope.
Can Cara handle executive health day-of orchestration?
Yes. Multi-modality scheduling, day-of communication, and post-visit report assembly are common patterns for executive health programs. The physician reviews and approves; Cara handles the orchestration.
What does AI look like in a high-touch practice?
AI handles the administrative load (scheduling, intake, summary drafts, reminders) so the physician spends time on the relationship. We do not put AI between the patient and the physician.
Can we keep our existing EHR?
Yes. Cara integrates against your EHR (Athena, Elation, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, or a vendor-specific concierge EHR). Your clinical record stays the source of truth.

Members of a concierge practice are paying for access, attention, and continuity. The technology should be invisible. The relationship should be the only thing they remember.
